1- Liquor and beer may not be brought into the Hall. You may obtain Champagne or wine for your celebration in advance to be served by Post Bartender. There will be a $3/bottle corkage fee.
2- Bartender/Security Watch will card anyone they think is or appears to be under age.
3- No one will be served without proper ID.
4- If anyone or their guest are found to be serving alcohol to minors, taking alcohol from the hall, going to the vehicles for alcohol, or drinking in the parking lot, the activity will be terminated and all persons will be asked to leave immediately. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED! Failure to leave will result in calling the police to have all participants removed.
5- All beer, liquor, and wine must be purchased from our bar. NO EXCEPTIONS! This is the primary way we are able to keep the cost of the rental down and a requirement of our insurance.
6- Persons renting the hall are responsible for:
a- Cleaning up spills on tables or floor.
b- Placing trash in bags, and placed in garbage cans.
6- Do not use scotch tape to hang or secure decorations on our walls. Only push points may be used to secure such items. NO EXCEPTIONS

RENTAL FEE: Hall $300.(Deposit: $150.00)
Balance is due on the rental date, BEFORE DECORATING. ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL BE IN CASH
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
Remainder of the form will be completed in person when touring the facility.
